Oleksiy is the head of the firm’s Litigation and International Arbitration Practice. He represents clients in tax disputes, real estate disputes, debt collection, bankruptcy, and other commercial proceedings. Oleksiy also specializes in international arbitration, successfully representing clients before numerous Ukrainian and international courts and assisting both foreign and domestic companies in developing and implementing litigation strategies.

Alexei is the author of numerous publications and articles on dispute resolution. In particular, his articles have been published in the following publications:

– *Global Legal Insights*, published by Global Legal Group Ltd., London, 2012. (this section concerns the resolution of legal disputes);

– *Commercial Litigation*, The European Lawyer Ref Series, London, 2011, published by Sweet & Maxwell (the chapter deals with commercial disputes).
